At Raw Pole Fitness Antrim, we’ve been helping Antrim stay stylish on the dance floor since opening our doors. Our highly trained and certified instructors have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing various styles and disciplines. We have a passion for the art of pole dance/fitness and for helping others discover their inner dancer.

Whether you’re looking to learn new dance moves, try something different or improve in on your existing talent, this class is what you are looking for and to get a taste what pole fitness is all about. The instructors are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. Intermediate L1 & L2

Led by a dedicated team of instructors, this class will have you on your feet in no time. Many of our dancers love taking this class, as it gives them the opportunity to learn new movements and easily showcase their talent. Interested in learning more? ELITE

This class is for when you have mastered all other levels of pole fitness but that does not mean that this is the end, in the world of pole there is constantly new moves, combos and tricks being introduced everyday.

Led by a dedicated team of instructors, this class will learn you to work with others and to learn you to counter balance each others weight in a safe environment. Many of our dancers love taking this class, as it gives them the opportunity to learn new movements and easily showcase their talent. Passionate Dance

FREESTYLE DANCE

LET’S DO IT

Freestyle in pole fitness is spontaneous and individual. There are no required or structured movements that must be learned. It is an extremely popular form of dancing both for recreational purposes and as a highly competitive sport. This is a dance style enjoyed by boys and girls.
Freestyle dance classes are funky, modern and fun. It’s all about freedom to express movement to the wide variety of music trends. Classes should start with a warm-up and students should learn this dance form in a fun, energetic, yet hard working and disciplined environment.
High energy Freestyle dancing involves many different types of dancing, dance moves and dance steps, and leaves the dancer free to mix & match and move in any way desired. A dancer can incorporate hip-hop, jazzy or borrowed from modern dance and can even throw in a cha-cha-cha steps around the pole or floor,,

ONE TO ONE & TWO TO ONE CLASSES AND MORE

GET UP & MOVE

I offer 121 sessions to help with specific needs and achieve certain aims.
The sessions are specifically designed and tailored for each individual’s bodys needs, whether that is to provide you with the foundation to build upon if you have never experienced Pole before, whether you are rehabilitating from injury, trying to cope with an existing condition or simply wanting to target certain muscles to get results.

BEGINNERS L1 & L2

GET UP & MOVE

This class is a the start for many of our students. Everyone loves the opportunity to explore the new dance moves taught in this class, while also mastering the classic moves and also building strength.
